He really couldn’t sue fury even with a good lawyer. He’s a government Official in a position that is heavily classified. It would expose state secrets which any judge would use as grounds to reject or throw the case out. Cause you can’t make the government declassify highly confidential information that would make the country vulnerable to attack.
